Delta was presented with an Honor Award at the ACEC Engineering
Excellence Awards Banquet on February 7th, 2008. Project Manager John
C. Longnaker, P.E. was presented with the award for the New
Tappahannock-Essex County Airport which opened this past September. It
is one of only a handful of new airports in the country.
