We are pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Charles L. Harris, P.E.
to our team,as well the opening of a new office in Louisville,
Kentucky. Mr. Harris brings over 30 years of experience and expertise
in civil engineering and aviation to our staff. Mr. Harris recently
retired from the FAA, where he served as the Assistant Manager and an
Airports Program Manager in the Memphis Airports District Office.
