We are pleased and excited to announce the opening of a new office in
Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Robert “Rusty” B. Chapman, P.E. recently joined
Delta and will be heading up our Atlanta location. Rusty has over 33
years of experience in aviation with the FAA and the US Department of
Army, most recently serving as Manager of the FAA Southern Region’s
Airports Division for eight years.
