Program Management
For most of our clients, Delta manages multiple ongoing inter-dependent projects.
We believe a well conceived development plan doesn’t just focus on one
particular project, but rather envisions the airport as a whole. Our
Client Managers focus on the “big picture” and work with airport
clients over an extended period of time. We strive to understand the
operations of the airport, get to know the management of the airport,
and understand the particulars of working with the Sponsor
organization. We also develop relationships with the FAA and state
representatives that work with the given facility. Our Client Managers
play an integral role in planning and environmental projects as well as
design and construction projects, so that an overall plan for the
development of the airport can be coordinated in order to maximize
funding and minimize impacts to the operations.
