We are pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Robert “Rusty” B.
Chapman, P.E. to our team. Rusty joins Delta after a 33 year career
with the Federal Aviation Administration and U.S. Department of Army.
He most recently served as Manager of Southern Region’s Airports
Division for eight years and brings a career of experience in airport
development, program,and team management.
