Charles D. Lamb, P.E.

Charlie serves as C.E.O. of Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. and has been with the firm for 36 years. He has been involved with hundreds of airport development projects and has worked with airports across the country. He is a certified airline transport pilot and multi-engine instrument flight instructor and enjoys all aspects of aviation.

David W. Jones, P.E.

Dave joined Delta in 1994 and has over 25 years experience in all aspects of airport development. He is the Office Manager of our Harrisburg, PA office and a single and multiengine commercial pilot.
